(20 min CLASS) The Microbiota-Gut-Brain-Axis w/ Ayla Wolf

This class dives into the region of the brain that contains a high-definition map of the gut and explains why emotions are felt on such a strong visceral level. We explore the difference between probiotics and fermented foods, talk about the benefits of conscious eating, and touch on the healing effects of red light therapy on the microbiota-gut-brain axis.
