This sequence moves slowly to focus on the deeper connections to the breath and bandhas, and the intentional creation of healing emotions. This class will encourage you to create your desired emotions and outcomes with your intention. With practice, these techniques can greatly mitigate emotional stress by shifting perspective and the internal chemical environment. Allow yourself the time and space to let this sequence bring you deeper into your core and see where you're at with your grasp of internal self-massage and release.
