This Katonah yoga practice mediates and integrates opposites to hold healthy tension and find a good fit as you navigate Winter's waters.

Like the poles of the planet, polarities of the body inform our inner landscape. Opposing seasons play out on the same larger body of the earth. It's all about which hemisphere you harness to get what you want.

Class starts with a 5 minute alternate nostril breath exercise and ends with a nice dreamy Savasanna.

MEET YOUR TEACHER

Greg is a  yoga educator and street philosopher. Over the last decade, he’s brought a whole-person approach to yoga teaching in Minneapolis & St. Paul, Minnesota, as well as in Denver, Colorado. In 2021, he will complete a Masters of Science Degree in Yoga Therapy at Maryland University of Integrative Health and a certification in Katonah Yoga, a Taoist-based yoga form exploring sacred geometry, Chinese five-element theory and hatha yoga practices.
