Get cozy and bring some closure to your day with this soothing Vinyasa practice.

Class begins in a child's pose, moves through gentle asanas, moon salutations, hip openers, and a nice long seated forward fold. The last ten minutes of class are filled with 5 minutes of space to explore your own stretches for winding down and a 5 minute guided savasana. This class is great to pair with a Yoga Nidra afterwards for an extra relaxing evening.

Put on the recommended playlist or play some of your favorite tunes to create a cozy atmosphere. Light a candle, turn the lights down low, and let your body move slowly and sweetly.

MEET YOUR TEACHER

Anne currently works professionally as a massage therapist and craniosacral practitioner, and continues to teach Yoga for the pure joy of it. Her yoga practice is very self-reflective and heart centered. She loves to practice and share yoga to maintain fluidity in the body, to breathe deeply and clearly, and to feel joy from within. Her "work" continues to evolve, grow, & change - she is ever curious of the unfolding process of this mysterious life.
