(27 min PRACTICE) Shadow, Shame, & Belonging w/ Nkechi Njaka

Our wounds are often our openings into the best and most beautiful parts of us. This practice explores how we hold our shadows in our body, as they relate to shame, belonging, and worthiness. Move your way slowly & lovingly through each experience - if you desire, have a journal next to you to jot down any insights or reflections as they arise.

“Shame is an intensely painful feeling or experience of believing that we are flawed and therefore unworthy of love and belonging.” -Brene Brown
