This restorative nervous system ritual is designed for you to practice from the comfort of your bed, or in a cozy space right beforehand. Soothing yin postures allow you to get in touch with your breath in this slow paced Yin practice.

Suggested: Brush your teeth, set your alarm, say goodnight, drink a glass of water, and do everything you need to before you begin this practice. Ideally, you can practice this in bed and fall asleep right after, or slowly transition to your bed without having to do anything else along the way... :)

MEET YOUR TEACHER

Maya Elena is a songwriter, singer, multi-instrumentalist, producer, and a 200hr Yoga Teacher.She completed her training at Soul of Yoga in Encinitas, CA. Maya has shared her songs around the country, and is now incorporating them into yoga practices. Concepts she enjoys incorporating into yoga practices are existentialism, philosophy, mythology, self-care, self-compassion and body positivity!
