(25 min PRACTICE) Melt Into Sleep w/ Liz Andolong

 

This relaxing meditation is designed to help the mind, body, and spirit transition into a replenishing state of sleep (especially helpful if you’ve had a busy, head-centered day!). Throughout practice, you are invited into slow, embodied breathing as you visualize light saturating various spaces of the body.

There is no formal closing of this meditation, just let your mind drift between the healing liminal state of waking and sleeping

Liz Andolong is a mindful movement and yoga teacher, Usui Reiki Master, meditation and breathwork guide, always looking for new ways to get embodied and connect others with the healing that she believes is within every body. She believes in the power of healing touch, getting women together in community, and loves creating spaces to do so.
