(30 min PRACTICE) Body Scan for Softening w/ Amanda Leaveck

 

This quiet, spacious body scan offers a gentle invitation for presence to reside throughout the entire body.

Guidance starts in the area of the head and slowly moves downward, little by little spending time with various areas of the physical self. Each space is invited to start the process of unwinding and softening, at a pace and in a way that is honoring of the body’s nervous system.

This practice might be a helpful way to reset the system in the middle of a busy day or wind down for a night of sleep! ​​​
