The following practice invites in joy, grief, and any other emotion that might be coming in. It focuses on syncing breathe with movement, uses minimal sanskrit, is accessible for many bodies, and requires no props. Music will start extended 7 minute savasana and then play out.

MEET YOUR TEACHER

nathaniel is a self described Black weirdo with an East Coast heart and a RBF. He was deeply rooted in progressive and radical non-profit spaces in his local communities and nationally for 17 years. Previously a case manager, wellness educator, capacity builder, operations director and executive director, he is now an organizational development consultant, yoga instructor, Reiki master, and doula. His personal and community based practices are rooted in harm reduction.
