(18 min YOGA) Hip Opening w/ Meg Elaine

Listen to the playlist

We made a custom PLAYLIST on Spotify to enjoy with this class…

This hip opening sequence is a great practice for checking in with the range of motion of your hips. There is opportunity to notice the differences between the two hips, and to invite movement into the pelvis as a whole for freer mobility. If you work at a desk, or find that work limits your pelvic movement, try using the figure four shape (ankle on top of thigh) while sitting in a chair, and then folding the upper body forward, if you have a couple minutes to spare in your work day.
