(20 min PRACTICE) Meditation in Spaciousness & Patterning w/ Nkechi Njaka

This meditation will help  suspend self-judgement and guilt while also exploring the places in our lives that need more spaciousness during busy times.  This practice is designed for us to meet ourselves and to begin the process of uncovering the patterns that do not serve us so that we may have more ease.

Find a comfortable place to be for a guided 15 minute meditation. Have a journal nearby to reflect after the practice.

Reflection

Where is there a place in your schedule where you’d like space?

Is there something I am needing to say no to?

Where do I need space in my social calendar?

Is there a person in my life that I need space from?

What are some ways can I create room for ease?

What are some ways can I nourish?

Where can I create physical space?

What do I need physical space from?

Where do I experience physical discomfort?
