Feeling a little stagnant? Want to get energy moving in the body? This yoga flow is for you!

Build heat in your leg muscles, core, and breath through a sequence of balancing, stretching, and strengthening postures. Most of the class is standing, but stretching/cool down is offered at the end!

Class cues are centered around alignment and intentional breathing is always encouraged.
