(20 min PRACTICE) Shaking, Meditation, & Reflection w/ Nkechi Njaka

Shed what is no longer loving or kind - take 20 minutes to meditate, reflect, shake, & release! This practice invites us to get present to what we are clinging and grasping to that is no longer serving us. This practice is equal parts sitting, simple seated movement and reflection. You need nothing but yourself. No standing required. Practice in silence or with music.
